On induction, every new member is formally admitted into the life of the Institute.

Each inducted member belongs to at least three (3) committees, chosen in line with their interests and expertise. This ensures every member contributes actively to the Institute’s work from the outset. Members may also affiliate with one or more specialist Sections relevant to their practice area.
