General Criteria for Membership
In line with the provision of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration and Mediation regulations, all applicants shall:
- Be of good character
- Have attained the age of 18 years
- Not be convicted of any offence involving criminal act, fraud or dishonesty within and outside Nigeria
- Be of sound mind
- Not be adjudged a bankrupt and
- Fulfill all requirements stipulated by the Governing Council of the Institute
