The Chartered Institute of Arbitration and Mediation (CIAM) is Nigeria’s first full spectrum ADR Institute built in line with the Arbitration and Mediation Act 2023 and established to set the highest standards of ADR practice in Nigeria to meet international standard. CIAM trains, certifies and regulates practitioners, and provides institutional dispute-resolution services to parties, businesses and the courts.
