Filing Process
Follow these steps to commence your arbitration proceeding.
Prepare
Prepare your Request for Arbitration and supporting documents.
Send your request and documents to the CIAM ADR Centre Case Management Team via adr@ciamnigeria.org
Fee Assessment
The Secretariat will review your submission and communicate the applicable filing and administrative fees.
Payment
Make payment using the payment instructions provided by the Secretariat.
Confirmation
Upon confirmation of the filing and applicable payment, the Secretariat will communicate the next procedural steps.
